The NORCO Propane Energy Services/North Collins Cylinder Gas tank lease program is designed for the occasional, as well as the commercial or industrial user of welding and cutting gases. Once enrolled in our program, a customer can exchange a tank of equal size and only pay for the contents. You can exchange cylinders at either of our two locations, or if you are a commercial customer, we can also offer local deliveries upon request.
Residential customers can pick up their cylinders at either of our two locations, Springville or North Collins. We offer three different lease and rental options on three different sizes of cylinders: small, medium, or large.

We also offer a 33-lb propane motor-fuel cylinder exchange service. You can either pick up your tanks, or we also offer a delivery service for our commercial forklift cylinder users.
