Basic Service Plan

The Basic Service Plan covers the cost of labor to perform a service call under the following conditions:

To convert natural gas appliances to propane. Material and conversion kits not included.

To service or replace parts on furnaces, boilers, space heaters, and conventional hot water heaters, except for the following:
  • Heat Exchangers
  • Anode Rods
  • Domestic Plumbing
  • Piping or Electrical Wiring that is not Part of the Heating Appliance
  • All Air Conditioning Equipment
  • Electronic Air Cleaners
  • Permanent Air Filters
  • Duct Work
  • Hydronic Radiation
  • Repair or Replacement of Obsolete Parts
  • Chimney or Flue Pipes
  • Gas Stoves (Ranges)
  • Ultra-Violet Lighting
  • Work that requires exposing concealed piping or equipment

To re-light pilot lights. This does not include re-lighting pilots as part of a Safety Test/Inspection for a customer who has run out of gas while on Will Call Delivery. Customers are responsible for parts that may be necessary to correct a pilot light defect.

There will be a $60.00 service charge for a service performed after normal heating service business hours.
