The Heating Appliance Parts Replacement Plan includes the Basic Service and the Annual Inspection plans, plus the following benefits:

The Heating Appliance Parts Replacement Plan includes the replacement of all parts on residential, propane fired, forced-air furnaces, boilers, hot water tanks, and space heaters at a discounted rate of 40%.

Following exceptions:
  • Heat Exchangers
  • Anode Rods
  • Domestic Plumbing
  • Piping or Electrical Wiring that is not Part of the Heating Appliance
  • All Air Conditioning Equipment
  • Electronic Air Cleaners
  • Permanent Air Filters
  • Duct Work
  • Hydronic Radiation
  • Repair or Replacement of Obsolete Parts
  • Chimney or Flue Pipe
  • Gas Dryers
  • Gas Stoves (Ranges)
  • Ultra-Violet Lighting
  • Work that Requires Exposing Concealed Piping or Equipment

If an obsolete part of appliance requires upgrading, additional charges will apply. See your Service Plan Agreement for details on the appliances covered under this service plan.
